RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact customer service at support@fantasticcreationz.com. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us via email at support@fantasticcreationz.com explaining the issue and please include a picture of the item(s) along with the order number. F.A.N.tastic Creationz and/or Tasha's Fabulous Buttons will review your email to determine if the issue was caused by our company or if the issue was caused by an outside source (example - damaged during shipping). If it is determined that the damage/issue was caused by our company we will offer a replacement item or refund (replacement or refund is at the discretion of our company). If an item is determined to be damaged as a result of company error you will be provided with a return shipping label to return the item. If it is determined that the damage was caused by the shipping carrier the customer will have to file a claim with said shipping company.
Please keep in mind that F.A.N.tastic Creationz and Tasha's Fabulous Button Earrings are handcrafted items. Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the materials are unique and individual to each item.
Tasha's Fabulous Button Earrings should be handled with care.
Some care instructions are: do not leave in car, do not throw in the bottom of purse, do not submerge in water, do not bend or put a great deal of pressure on the product. Store in a safe place or in a earring box (note: these are not an inclusive list of how you should take care of your earrings this is just some tips). If it is determined by Tasha's Fabulous Button Earrings damages were due to not properly being taken care of a refund or exchange will not be honored.
Customized items (tshirts, mugs, tumblers, benches, etc. If you place an order for a customized item you will be sent a mockup of the item to the email that you provided for approval. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of mockup being sent we will process the item as presented to you in the mockup. We will not issue a refund due to customer error (mispelling, wrong information, etc.) or due to customer not responding to request to approve or amend mockup by the deadline.
Refunds
We will notify you within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your email for damage and or issues claim to let you know if the replacement or refund was approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@fantasticcreationz.com or (443) 320-2444.
